Vegetable soup



Today's recipe is vegetable soup, a little different then usual soup because it's mostly made from cauliflower and broccoli. Soups are easy to make, very healthy and tasty, and this vegetable soup is no exception.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Things you'll need(for 3 persons):
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
- 3dl of chicken stock
- bay leaf, caraway
- 1 spoon of flour

Put some butter in a pot, then fry cauliflower and broccoli for about one minute, and add 3 glasses of water. When cooked, mash everything, then add salt, pepper, bay leaf, caraway and 3dl of chicken stock. In a pan, put 2 spoons of oil and one 1 of flour, fry for a short amount of time, let it cool down a bit and then add into the soup.
